Hot rolled black round bars are peeled/cold drawn, polished and straightened to achieve dimension accuracy, tolerance and surface finish, which meets the international quality standards for stainless steel bright bars.D Balaji Pipe Fittings can offer polished stainless steel bars in #4 polish (Matt), #6 Polish, #8 mirror finish. Stainless steel polished bright bars can also be cut to size.

Products made from stainless steel forged round bars are more suitable compared to use of castings. For the satisfaction of our customer, all our stainless steel bar products are subject to 100% testing, which includes 100% ultrasonic testing to guarantee the internal qualities of each bar. On requests we can provide our customers with Test Reports for ultrasonic testing, in addition to test reports for chemical and physical testing. We can provide test reports as per EN 10204 3.1, X-ray and non-destructive testing (NDT) reports as ordered or specified.

Admiralty Brass Tubes – ASTM B 111 C44300

D Balaji Pipe Fittings is one of the leading suppliers in India for ASTM B 111 C44300 Admiralty Brass Tubes widely used in the petroleum industry and heat exchangers.

A Copper Zinc Alloy in the ratio of 70/30 having 1-1.5% of Tin for corrosion resistance and some % of Arsenic, to help against dezincification. The most common use is for heat exchange equipments, ship building, evaporators, condensers, distiller, oil well pump, ferrule and so on. We can manufacture and supply admiralty brass tubes with bright and smooth surface, and with no burr at the ends.

Aluminum Brass Tubes – ASTM B 111 C 68700

A Copper Zinc Alloy in the ratio of 76/24 having 1.8-2.3 % of Aluminum for high resistance and some % of Arsenic to help against dezincification. Aluminum Brass is commonly used for condensers tube and is widely recommended for use in marine and land power stations where cooling water velocities are high. Aluminium brass tubes are commonly used in petroleum refineries, offshore platforms, fresh water and sea water processing equipments, heat exchangers and desalination plants.

63/37 Commercial Brass Tubes – ASTM B135 C27000

A Copper Zinc Alloy in the ratio of 63% of copper and 37% of zinc containing small amount of arsenic. This alloy is a good combination of strength and ductility and is generally selected wherever excellent cold working prosperities and relatively low cost are desirable. The alloy is often used for variety of deep drawing components.

A Copper Zinc Alloy in the ratio of 70/30 containing small amount of arsenic to help against dezincification. The alloy is good combination of strength and ductility and is commonly selected whenever excellent cold working properties and relatively low cost are desirable. These tubes are used for Sugar industries, hand pumps and are widely also known as “Sugar Brass Tubes”.
